Plain English. By using Pick Bracket, you agree to these terms.
Pick Bracket is provided "as is." It works most of the time, but bugs happen. If a tournament glitches mid-bracket and you lose your data, that's a bummer — but we can't promise it won't ever happen, and we're not liable for it. Don't use this tool for mission-critical events without a backup plan (paper bracket, screenshots, etc.).
We make a best effort to keep the service running. We don't guarantee any specific uptime. We may take the service down for maintenance or end it entirely with reasonable notice.
Tournaments auto-delete after 7 days of inactivity. Personal home pages auto-delete after 90 days of no visits. We don't keep backups. If you need permanent records, screenshot the bracket.
You're responsible for what you type in. If you put player names that include real people, those names appear on the bracket. We don't moderate tournament names or player names — keep it appropriate.
If you abuse the service (spam, attacks, illegal content), we may delete your tournament or block your access without notice.
If the terms change materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date and post a note on the homepage for at least 7 days.
